A few nights each season, Friendly Grove becomes a small outdoor listening room: warm air, local songs, quiet conversation, and blueberries close enough to smell.

Help with this fundraiser from 6:00PM - 9:00PM for a friend’s short film The Blueberry Farm (about our farm here) by enjoying U-pick blueberry picking, live funk music, a raffle for merch, blue-dyed clothing, and a script excerpt reading. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Suggested donation of $10 or more2026-08-02

Come enjoy blueberry picking or just sitting and listening to this brilliant local Choro band at Friendly Grove Blueberry Farm from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Choro is an instrumental style of Brazillian music originating in 19th century Rio de Janeiro. There is nothing lovelier than listening to this beautiful music while enjoying the tranquility of the blueberry farm. Suggested donation is $10 with kids admitted for free. Blueberries are $3.75/pound. Bring containers to bring berries home in and a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.2026-08-16

Music from Zimbabwe will be performed live by Makuna Marimba from Olympia here on the blueberry farm from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Lively music which is great to dance to or you can pick blueberries while they’re playing! Suggested donation is $10, although free for kids. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on. Blueberries are $3.75/pound. Bring containers like boxes, bowls, or baskets to bring the berries home in.Calendar
